Jesus, The Light of the World

Our Sermons

This, the fourth Sunday in Lent tips the scales towards Palm Sunday and Good Friday.
Jesus’ moments of greatest glory – the cross and the empty tomb – are beginning to rise on the horizon.
John 3:14-21 reminds us that Jesus is the light of the world and that salvation comes through believing in Him.
This passage also reminds us of the difference between hiding in the darkness or stepping out into the light of Christ.
Finally, the passage reminds us the most powerful force in all of creation, God’s love.
Come celebrate the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord in community worship this Sunday.
It all starts at 10:30 in person and online, and as always, all are welcome.
