This week we close out our “Unlikely cast of characters” sermon series with Ruth.
In Ruth 1:6-22 we see the profound loyalty of Ruth.
Naomi (Ruth’s mother-in-law) feels as though God has abandoned her and made her life bitter.
However God has other plans, and the loyalty of Ruth stands as a living example of God’s love, protection, and care.
Ruth reminds us that God is always with us despite seemingly destitute circumstances.
God never abandons us or gives up on us.
Come worship, it all starts at 10:30 in person and on-line.
This week is also our Annual General Meeting so please consider remaining as we continue to worship God at our annual meeting.
There will be light refreshments after worship, and we will take a short break before commencing with the meeting.
