NEW GROUNDSometimes God takes us to a place we’ve never been before.
A new season.
A new responsibility.
A new challenge.
A new beginning.
And if we’re honest, new ground can be exciting… and a little scary.
In Joshua 1:1–9, Joshua is standing at the edge of something completely new. Moses is gone. The past cannot be repeated. The future is waiting.
And God says something powerful:
“Be strong and courageous.”
But God doesn’t simply tell Joshua to be brave.
He reminds him:
“I will be with you.”
This Sunday, we’re asking:
What do we do when God leads us onto new ground?
How do we move forward when we don’t know exactly what lies ahead?
And where do we find courage when the future feels uncertain?
Maybe you’re standing on new ground right now.
Come and discover that new ground doesn’t mean walking alone.
God goes with us.
