What we hear about Jesus in the Bible is only a fraction of all that He did.
John 21:25 says: “Jesus did many other things as well. If every one of them were written down, I suppose that even the whole world not have room for the books that would be written.”
And, Jesus isn’t finished yet. John 14:1-4 reminds us that He is coming back to take the faithful believers home to a place prepared for them.
These are words of great comfort. Jesus will return and He will lead us home to be with Him forever.
The world is still broken and fallen, but we need not be dismayed.
At the appointed time, we will be ushered into a whole new reality where brokenness, sin, and decay will be no more.
