This week we look at Gideon in week 2 of our “Unlikely cast of characters” sermon series.
In Judges 6:1-18 we see that Gideon was hesitant to lead Israel against Midian.
He felt that there were better options than just him and his clan.
God had other plans.
Regardless of how things may appear when God chooses someone for a particular task, we can rest assured God has taken in all the relevant factors.
God’s ways are not human ways and He knows far more than we are ever capable of understanding.
Gideon did all God asked of Him and things ended well.
