In the 70’s, young people hitch hiked across the country looking for who they were. They no longer just accepted what they were told, they questioned everything including their own identity. When was the last time you asked yourself … “Who Am I?” … are we defined by our job, our family, our education, how much we earn, by the music we listen to, or by how we vote? “Who Am I?” is an interesting and deep question.
When God called Moses to go to Pharaoh and demand he let the people of Israel go, Moses asked “Who am I to appear before Pharaoh? Who am I to lead the people of Israel out of Egypt?” Jesus asked the disciples “Who do people say I Am?” Is He just a prophet, a miracle worker, a great preacher, or more?”
