Just as many of us will gather around a harvest table for Thanksgiving this week end, so did Jesus at His last supper at the Passover feast.
Luke 19:41-44 shows Jesus weeping over Jerusalem and Luke 22:7-20 shows His last supper with His disciples before His crucifixion.
Life is short, and we have so much to be thankful for.
Sometimes we have to seize the moment before it is too late to celebrate.
Jesus’ disciples were no doubt caught off guard when He was arrested and crucified.
Jesus is sad for Jerusalem and knows there isn’t much time before He must leave.
Thanksgiving reminds us to be thankful for all we have and celebrate the blessings God has provides to us.
Come celebrate and worship as we remember God’s goodness and saving love in Jesus Christ.
It all starts at 10:30 in person and online every Sunday.
At Living Faith everyone is welcome.
