Our second week in our “Backs Against the Wall” sermon series finds us in the book of Daniel.
In Daniel 3:1-17, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego seem doomed.
They are about to be thrown into the fiery furnace.
Before they are however, they display perhaps the profoundest statement of faith in the Old Testament.
“Our God will save us”, they say, “and even if He doesn’t, we still refuse to serve any other god”.
What conviction!
Join in as we celebrate the great God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego the very same God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
