In the late 1990s there was a convention for clergy that came together in Atlanta in the US under the unbrella of the Promise Keepers Organization. Somewhere between 40,000 and 50,000 clergy attended. For what it’s worth I’m not completely on board with all the positions Promise Keepers hold but two of their most basic emphasis I applaud with all my heart. One is an end to racial division in our society. The other is an end to denominational division in the church. We are all in one boat, with one captain, with one destination aren’t we?
Join us this Sunday as we take a look at John 10:1-21 with Rev. Jim Young.
