Moses’ father-in-law Jethro sees what Moses is doing and warns him that what he is doing is not good for him or the people.
Sometimes we do too much and fail to delegate faithfully.
And sometimes it can take someone else to point it out to us.
Working hard is good but working smart and faithfully is better.
God loves us too much to leave us all on our own.
