The Scriptures lead us straight into the fields—into soil that is both promising and problematic, into places where good seed is sown and yet trouble still takes root. Jesus’ parable of the wheat and the weeds is one of the most honest agricultural images in all of Scripture. A farmer plants good seed, but an enemy comes at night and scatters weeds among the wheat. When the plants begin to grow, the servants are alarmed.
Join us at 10:30 with Carolyn Morris to hear what the farmer tells his servants. Following the service, join us for a time of fellowship in Celebration Hall. All are welcome!
