Imagine if everywhere you went there was someone there trying to trap you or just waiting for you to slip up and say the wrong thing.
In some ways, that is exactly what Jesus dealt with wherever He went.
In Matthew 12:1-14 we see that the Pharisees followed Jesus around trying to find fault with what he was doing and saying.
And not only this, but as verse 14 indicates, they wanted to kill Him.
Jesus knows what it feels like to have people actively working against you.
He knows what it feels like to have the odds stacked against you.
Thankfully He also knows – and shows us – how to fully rely on God.
There will always be obstacles in our way, we have to trust in God as we navigate through them.
