This weekend marks another busy holiday. Thanksgiving! To many of us it is a time to reflect on the past year and think of all the things that have happened that we are thankful for. Friends, Family and Health. For farmers, it is a busy and often stressful time of year when they are harvesting their crops. They have waited all summer and well into fall with faith that this years crop will be abundant. For our community food banks it is a time to fill their shelves in anticipation of a busy long winter. Here at Living Faith we will be collecting food for the Thornton Food Bank on Sunday morning and all donations given during our breakfast will be also given.
Whatever Thanksgiving means to you, we hope that you will join us this Sunday as Rev. Tobey Boyer brings us a message of Giving, Thanks and Blessings. Rev. Boyer will also be preaching our pulpit vacant which means our search for a new Minister will commence. Please join us in this very exciting time as we look forward to our future.
