We strive to be a community where the soul is nurtured, thanks is given, life is celebrated, creation is cared for, justice is sought, and families and individuals are united in an atmosphere of grace and acceptance.
Mission and Ministry
Living Faith is located in the family-friendly hamlet of Baxter, right across the street from the local elementary school. The congregation enjoys a loving partnership with the community and engages in local outreach and service.
Our weekly Holy Moly After School Club has been running for almost 20 years and offers faith-based activities for children and respite for families. At our monthly Messy Church celebration, members of all ages from the community and congregation gather for a meal, crafts, games, and fellowship – enjoying one another’s company while rediscovering God’s love for them.
Sundays at Living Faith
Our Sunday morning worship services are informal and welcoming. There’s no need to worry about what to wear or where to sit – come as you are and sit where you want!
Our Music Team, led by Janine Leonard, assists us in worshiping God using a variety of different music styles – from traditional to contemporary, global to bluegrass. Our messages are Bible-based and help us to discover how the ancient words of scripture can assist us in tackling the modern-day challenges of our time, leaving us with hope for the future and peace for today.
